How Processing Works
From request to pickup — here's what to expect when you bring your cattle or hog to Ozarks Meat Factory Processing.
Request a Drop-Off Date
Customer chooses cattle or hog, enters the number of animals, and requests a Monday through Friday drop-off date.
Submit Customer & Animal Information
Customer provides contact details, billing information, animal details, owner information, and any split-owner notes.
Complete the Cut List
Customer completes the cattle or hog cut list based on the animal type selected.
Staff Reviews the Request
OMF Processing reviews the requested date, animal count, daily capacity, and cut-list information.
Booking is Confirmed
The booking is only confirmed after OMF Processing approves the date.
Animal Drop-Off
Customer drops off the animal during the confirmed time window.
Processing & Packaging
OMF Processing completes the work based on the confirmed cut list.
Final Invoice & Pickup
Final pricing is confirmed after weights, processing selections, curing/smoking, packaging, and add-ons are finalized. Customer is notified when the order is ready for pickup.
