Important: From August 1 through December 31, 2026, intake is limited to 5 cattle and 5 hogs per day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Mondays and Fridays are blocked. All bookings remain requests until confirmed by Ozarks Meat Factory Processing staff.
Processing Overview
Ozarks Meat Factory Processing provides cattle and hog processing by scheduled drop-off. Customers can request a processing date, provide animal information, and submit their preferred cut list online. Submitting a request does not guarantee the date. OMF Processing staff will review the request, confirm capacity, and contact the customer with approval or scheduling changes.
How the Process Works
Request a Date
Choose cattle or hog, enter the number of animals, and request a Tuesday–Thursday drop-off date from August 1 through December 31, 2026.
Submit Your Info
Provide contact details, billing information, animal details, and any split-owner notes.
Complete Your Cut List
Fill out the cattle or hog cut list with your preferred cuts, sizes, and special instructions.
Staff Reviews
OMF Processing reviews your request, confirms capacity, and contacts you with approval or changes.
Drop Off & Processing
Drop off your animal at the confirmed time. We process, package, and notify you when it's ready.

Processing Costs
Beef Processing
Beef processing is billed using two charges:
- Kill cost: $125.00 per head
- Processing cost: $1.10 per lb hanging weight
Estimated Example
A beef with an estimated 900 lb hanging weight would be calculated as:
900 lb × $1.10 = $990.00 processing cost
$990.00 + $125.00 kill cost = $1,115.00 estimated total
Hog Processing
Hog processing is billed using two charges:
- Kill cost: $100.00 per head
- Processing cost: $1.00 per lb hanging weight
Estimated Example
A hog with an estimated 300 lb hanging weight would be calculated as:
300 lb × $1.00 = $300.00 processing cost
$300.00 + $100.00 kill cost = $400.00 estimated total
Final processing cost is based on the animal's actual hanging weight, animal type, selected cut list, packaging requests, and any specialty processing services requested. The prices shown are estimates until the animal is received, weighed, and processed.
